For the perfect start to your evening, immerse yourself in one of our sophisticated concoctions meticulously crafted by our in-house mixologist, or allow our team to take you on a journey exploring our collection of the finest gins sourced from Central Otago, New Zealand and beyond.

For a gastronomic experience, Executive Chef Lindsay Bennett has curated a selection of grazing plates, charcuterie and cheese boards featuring the very best of Central Otago produce, prepared with inspiration from some of the French classics.

It is a privilege to be given the opportunity to showcase the magnificent produce of our beautiful region Central Otago.

Our food offering is a lounge styled grazing menu where you can enter or exit wherever you wish, order a variety or as many plates as you like to snack & share.
The evolving menu utilises local produce with flavours from around the world whilst retaining some traditional French techniques.

I am looking forward to meeting all the local purveyors & incorporating these items into the menu.
