All five well-appointed treatment rooms boast individual showers and steam rooms, with a couples’ suite complete with cedar wood Jacuzzi. Notably, So SPA now features a new and unique infra-red room as well as serene relaxation rooms in addition to a discovery bar, where guests are encouraged to further unwind following their treatment over a freshly brewed tea and healthy snack.

Spa Etiquette
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge if made 24 hours in advance. Hotel guests must give a minimum of 4 hours notice for cancellations, after which the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Reservations
Bookings made by hotel guests directly with So Spa are guaranteed to your room bill. Bookings made by external guests directly with So Spa may be secured by a credit card or cash payment.
Arrival at So Spa
To enhance your spa experience we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment as a delayed arrival will effect your allocated treatment time.
Mobile Phones
