Executive Chef Lindsay Bennett has curated a stunning gastronomic affair. Our Christmas degustation menu will be served in Left Bank Bistro will be available on 3 sitting times 12:30pm, 3:30pm and 7:00pm

For $195 per person, you will enjoy a set 7-courses with a beverage pairing, including a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne. Some of the highlights include the Mi Cuit Sea Salmon from Stewart Island and our house-made Joyeux Noel Avec Petit Fours made by our Sous Chef Imogen Liao.
